About us
HaulLedger provides compliance support services for motor carriers. HaulLedger is a private company and is not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT or any government agency. Many government filings can be done yourself, often for free.
Free DOT check
Informational check only. Not an FMCSA determination or official clearance.
The free DOT check is general information based on public FMCSA data and your own answers. Public data can be incomplete or out of date. The summary is not legal advice and is not a guarantee of compliance or of any audit result. Verify important items directly with FMCSA.
Paid services
Launch Kit and Monthly Compliance Plan services, prices and what each includes are described on our home page. Specific terms for paid services will be provided before you buy. You remain responsible for your own operating authority, filings and safety compliance.
Cancellation, renewal and refunds Draft, pending legal review
- Monthly Compliance Plan ($99/mo or $990/yr): auto-renews monthly or annually, matching your billing period, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Launch Kit: refundable before work starts; non-refundable once any filing is submitted.
- First month $0: applies only when you join the Monthly Plan within 30 days of a Launch Kit purchase.
- Government and partner fees (such as UCR, IRP/IFTA, D&A consortium, BOC-3 process agent and FMCSA Clearinghouse query fees) are paid by you, separate from our fee, and are not refundable by us.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site, submit someone else's information without permission, or try to disrupt it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the site and the free DOT check are provided "as is," and HaulLedger is not liable for decisions made based on them.
