Refunds and cancellation
Effective October 14, 2026. This page explains the Cancellation and refunds section of our Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, the Terms control.

- Renews until you cancel. The monthly plan renews each month, and the annual plan renews each year.
- Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Your service continues until that date.
- How to cancel: use the Manage billing portal (enter your email and you'll get a login link), email [email protected], or call (234) 978-2663.
- Free first month after a setup: setup clients get their first plan month free through the link in their setup welcome email, then $99/mo. Cancel before the free month ends and you won't be charged.
New Carrier Compliance Setup (Basic $149, Full $249)
- Before work starts: refundable.
- After any filing is submitted: non-refundable.
Fees we can't refund
Government and third-party fees, such as the UCR fee, IRP/IFTA fees, the BOC-3 process agent fee, consortium dues and tests, and Clearinghouse query fees, go to the agency or provider. We don't refund them.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] or call (234) 978-2663 with your company name and USDOT number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.

Setup clients get their first month of the Monthly Compliance Plan free, then $99/mo. The annual plan is $990/yr (2 months free). Government and third-party amounts are set by the agency or provider. For example, UCR is $55 for 0–2 vehicles for 2027 (plan.ucr.gov, checked October 14, 2026). See the refund and cancellation policy.
