Client Services Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between HaulLedger Studio, 13439 McMillan Drive, Orlando, FL 32827 (“we”), and the motor carrier named on the order or intake form (“you”).

2. Services

We provide the compliance assistance in the package you buy: New Carrier Compliance Setup (Basic $149 or Full $249) and/or the Monthly Compliance Plan ($99/mo or $990/yr; 1 truck and up to 2 drivers; +$59/mo per extra truck up to 10 trucks; +$25/mo per extra driver; IFTA returns included on annual, $49 per return on monthly). The current scope is the one published on our pricing page on the date you buy. Work outside that scope is quoted up front, and we start it only after you approve.

3. Authorization to file

You authorize us to prepare and submit filings on your company's behalf once you approve each filing by email, text, a signed form or our intake form. We submit only what you approved and send you a copy or confirmation. You may withdraw an approval in writing before we submit. Where a form needs your own certification or signature, you review and sign it, or tell us in writing that we may submit it for you.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us information that is true, complete and on time.
• Pay government and third-party fees (for example UCR, IRP/IFTA, the BOC-3 agent, consortium dues and tests, Clearinghouse queries).
• Stay responsible for your company's compliance and for decisions about your operation.
• Never send Social Security numbers, medical information or drug or alcohol test results through our forms, chat or email.

5. Fees, renewal and cancellation

Prices are as published on our pricing page. The Monthly Compliance Plan renews until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A setup is refundable before work starts and non-refundable once any filing is submitted. We don't refund government or partner fees. See our refund and cancellation policy.

6. What we don't do

We are not a law firm and don't give legal advice. We are not a government agency. We don't guarantee any outcome, approval, safety rating or audit result. We don't provide insurance or ELDs, and we don't attend audits in person.

7. Confidentiality

We use your information only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to what you paid us for that service.

9. Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida.
