Compatibility: what we tested

On Oct 11, 2026 we opened all four .xlsx workbooks with openpyxl and recalculated them in LibreOffice Calc: Startup Cost Calculator 707 formulas, Safety Audit Tracker 1,319, Profit & Load Tracker 2,288, IFTA Tracker 1,916, with 0 formula errors after recalculation. The .docx files opened and converted cleanly in LibreOffice. Our product QA notes record a Google Sheets import test on Oct 7, 2026. We have not opened these copies in Microsoft Excel for this page.

Example in use

The Safety Audit Tracker ships with a SAMPLE Trucking LLC filled in. Its Dashboard shows the 12-month audit mark, the end of the 18-month new entrant period and the next MCS-150 deadline, counts missing, overdue and due-soon documents, and flags "FIX NOW" on an annual vehicle inspection that is overdue. Replace the sample with your own USDOT date, drivers and trucks and the same checks run on your files.
