Cancellation and refunds
- The Monthly Plan auto-renews monthly or annually until you cancel. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- The Launch Kit is refundable before work starts and non-refundable once any filing is submitted.
- Launch Kit clients pay the one-time kit fee ($149 or $249). Your first month of the Monthly Compliance Plan is then free, and it's $99/mo after that.

Can I join the monthly plan without a Launch Kit?
Yes. You can join the monthly plan without a Launch Kit. The plan is $99/mo or $990/yr for 1 truck and up to 2 drivers.
What does the monthly plan include?
It covers 1 truck and up to 2 drivers: a deadline calendar, DQ files, UCR and MCS-150 updates, D&A paperwork, Clearinghouse admin and audit prep. Support is by email and text, Mon–Fri, with replies within 1 business day. Extra trucks are +$59/mo each (up to 10) and extra drivers +$25/mo each, quoted on request.
What isn't included?
Government fees, the BOC-3 agent fee, consortium dues and tests, Clearinghouse query fees, MVRs, physicals, permits, in-person audit attendance, legal advice, insurance, ELDs. Tasks over 15 minutes are quoted first at $95/hr.
Are IFTA returns included?
On the annual plan, yes: we prepare your quarterly IFTA return from the mileage and fuel records you provide and file it once you authorize it. On the monthly plan, IFTA returns are $49 per return. You pay any tax owed. Full Setup includes IFTA/IRP account setup with your base state.
How fast does setup start?
Setup starts within 1 business day of your intake form.
How do you handle my records?
Records are shared securely: we request documents by secure email and never ask for SSNs or passwords.
What happens after 18 months?
You can stay on the plan month to month.
Are you a government agency?
